DreamSide – our first project near Chakvi beach

DreamSide is our first project, located just 50 meters from the beach, adjacent to the Dreamland Oasis. This 12-storey apartment building offers hotel services through our subsidiary, Reside Rentals. We anticipate the first reservations to begin by Summer 2024. The building is constructed to meet high safety standards, both local and international. The apartments are designed to cater to all the needs of resort guests, including washing machines and kitchenettes. Additionally, all apartments have sea views and are equipped with contemporary electronic locks, providing owners with real-time information on their property’s status.
