We act as an exclusive sales and marketing partner — handling everything from technical audits and project packaging to advertising and client relations through our in-house team.

Another direction of our business is Reside Rentals, which provides full-cycle property management, ensuring stable rental income for property owners.

After the successful completion of projects in Chakvi, we are now expanding our operations in Batumi and its surrounding areas.
